Over the past decade, Jamie Neale, director, writer & movement coach —also known as "Jay" —has navigated effortlessly through the realms of film, television, music, and branding, leaving an indelible mark on each project. His work has garnered Emmy nominations, UKMVA wins, and numerous other accolades.

His diverse portfolio showcases collaborations with industry titans such as Apple for their 2019 Airpods global campaign and the impactful Nike "Dream Crazy" featuring Colin Kaepernick. Not to mention campaigns with H&M, Paul Smith, Jimmy Choo, Adidas, and A Cold Wall. Jamie's passion for music has seen him collaborate with esteemed artists like George Ezra, Passenger, Ashnikko, Lapsley, and Paul Weller. Notably, his role as a movement coach in HBO's "My Dinner with Herve” earned the show recognition in the Emmy nominee circle for Best Television Production, while his collaboration with Ashnikko secured a UKMVA win for Best Pop Video Newcomer.

He possesses a remarkable ability to infuse his characters and narratives with profound intentions and humanistic qualities, captivating audiences and forging strong connections. His unique blend of conceptualism, authentic storytelling, and forward-thinking vision sets him apart.

His debut short film, "In/Between," produced by RSA Films / Black Dog Films, earned critical acclaim by winning the Best Indie Film Award at Best Indie Film Festival. It was also shortlisted at the Berlin Commercial Awards and became a finalist at the Paris International Festival. This success has paved the way for his eagerly anticipated second short film, "Where Shall We Start?" starring Sarah Catherine Hook (Cruel Intentions - Amazon Studios) & Hunter Sansone (Stargirl - Stars).

He is currently developing two comedy-drama TV series as creator and writer, while also starting work on his debut feature film. He is in development with Emmy, Grammy & Bafta-nominated production company Untold Studios on an original mini series with musician Yussef Dayes. Additionally he is an avid admirer of theatre and musicals. 

He is an activist in gender equality and mens mental health.
